Order Processing Time
After you place an order on biofreezeusshop.com, our team works diligently to prepare your products for shipment. Processing typically takes 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays recognized by our warehouse and logistics partners. You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package leaves our facility.
Shipping Method and Delivery Window
We ship all orders via standard international postal services or economy couriers. There are no expedited or express shipping options available. The estimated delivery time after your order has shipped is 6 to 12 business days. This timeframe applies to every delivery address worldwide. We do not offer domestic or regional faster shipping. Please note that the 6‑12 day count starts from the shipping confirmation date, not from the order date.
Global Free Shipping
We are proud to offer free worldwide shipping on every order, regardless of size, weight, or destination. There are no minimum purchase requirements. The price you see at checkout is the final price in United States Dollars (USD). No additional shipping fees, handling fees, or fuel surcharges will be added.
Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number that you can use to monitor your package’s journey. Tracking updates may take 2‑4 business days to appear after you receive the shipping confirmation, especially for international destinations. Some local postal carriers provide limited tracking information. If your tracking number shows no movement for more than 10 business days after shipping, please contact us at support@biofreezeusshop.com, and we will initiate an inquiry with the carrier.
Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address during checkout. We strongly recommend double‑checking your address for errors, missing apartment numbers, or incorrect postal codes. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment will require you to pay the original shipping cost (if any) or a handling fee. If you notice an address mistake within 6 hours of placing your order, email us immediately – we may be able to correct it before processing begins.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Because we ship from various global warehouses to serve customers worldwide, your order may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or value‑added taxes (VAT) imposed by your country. These charges are your sole responsibility. BiofreezeUSShop has no control over these fees and cannot predict them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering. We do not mark merchandise as gifts or undervalue packages – doing so would violate international trade laws. If you refuse to pay customs fees and the package is abandoned or returned, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost (although shipping is free for you, we incur real costs) and a 15% restocking fee.
Delivery Issues
In rare cases, delivery may take longer than 12 business days due to customs delays, extreme weather, postal strikes, or other force majeure events. We will not issue refunds for shipping delays beyond our control. If your package has not arrived after 20 business days from the shipping date, please contact us, and we will either send a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package, please first check with neighbors, building managers, or your local post office. If the package is still missing, email us within 7 days of the “delivered” status. We will investigate with the carrier. Claims made after 7 days may be denied because carrier investigations have time limits.
